As a customer you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days after you received the goods. The goods and the original packaging must not be used or damaged. You are required to pay for the shipping cost for returned goods.
Do not return the goods without notifying us first, this is to ensure acceptance, and to avoid delays in processing.
You have 3 years warranty after you received the goods. It is important that you make a proper notification. Visible defects must be reported immediately upon receipt of the goods to email@example.com. Hidden defects must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt.
Once we have confirmed that the goods are damaged, we will replace them or issue a full refund if desired. If you ordered more goods than you returned, we cannot refund the shipping cost.
